Citation Payment

Respondents can pay their tickets and avoid going to hearing ONLY IF the ticket gives the respondent the option of paying in lieu of attendance and the payment is timely submitted. Once a JUDGMENT IS ENTERED then a Respondent is REQUIRED to pay the judgment amount, NOT the amount stipulated on the citation.
 
Payments by Mail
ONLY Check and Money Order are accepted for mail-in payments. Payments by mail can be made for all types of administrative citations and judgments, with the EXCEPTION of Revenue Collection/Use Tax (RC/RT). Payments can be mailed to:

In-Person Payments
Check, Money Order, and Cash are accepted for in-person payments. Respondents can pay in-person for all types of administrative citations and judgments, with the EXCEPTION of Revenue Collection/Use Tax (RC). In-person payments can be made at:

Revenue Collection/Use Tax (RC/RT) Payments
Revenue Collection/Use Tax (RC/RT) citations can be paid by mail or over the phone. For payment assistance or to pay over the phone please call 800-900-1380. To mail a payment make a check or money order payable to "Penn Credit" and send a copy of this order with your payment (DO NOT MAIL CASH) to:
